Production Fixer

We accept any tasks regarding pre-productions and arrangement for productions, including: 

Production Budgets, Scout and Source Locations, Secure Film Permits, Secure Camera & Equipment rental, Coordinate cast with local casting agency, hire crew (hair & makeup, stylists, technicians, photographers etc.), reserve hotels, ground transfers and organizing daily logistics and transport of crew during filming, Draw-up Shooting Schedules & Call Sheets, Manage Release Forms, Budget follow-up and analysis (Purchase Orders, invoices and expenses), On-site location management during shoot

We work closely with the Belize Film Commission, the government and non-government agencies and communities to ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations required for filming in Belize ensuring that you can focus and complete your production successfully.

Location Management 

The only English-speaking country in Central America, Belize has some of the most beautiful places on earth and pristine locations perfect for filming. Whether its the beaches, resorts, caves, jungles, waterfalls, mountains, rivers, Mayan temples, coral reefs, British colonial architecture. 

We can scout the right locations for you while we effectively communicate, network and negotiate for favorable costs, at the same time prioritizing accessibility and safety of crew, cast and equipment. 

Film

Equipment

We will assist with sourcing your equipment locally. Cameras, Grip and Electric, Sound Equipment are available for rental in Belize as well as Drones and various under-water filming equipment. With enough notice we can also source further equipment from out of country service providers if necessary.

Most unit support equipment is easily obtainable through local suppliers. This helps to cut your transport and rental costs. Should you choose to bring in your own equipment from abroad, this can be done and cleared by a local agent.

Assistant Director 

Yes, AKA "the whip", we are able to track daily progress against the filming production schedule to ensure production remains on schedule, arrange logistics, prepare daily call sheets, check cast and crew, and maintain order on the set; while ensuring the health and safety of the crew, cast and equipment.
